From the Interview to the day that we brought Johan in straight from the hospital, he looked like someone that came out of a cave, you received him with such a joy and compassion, I immediately knew that this was the right place for him. On the same day, I was not even home yet, and I received a photo where he was clean shaven and haircut neatly, and as usual eating well. All the staff is so professional, yet so kind and respectful with the patients. Thank you for all the video calls we could do and the sacrifices you made. I wish I could issue each one with a certificate / trophy for all you have done for him in the short time he stayed at Lilac and making him comfortable at the end. Your team is one in a million and I know that this profession is the most difficult but are the least acknowledged. We give appreciation and acknowledgement to you."
